4) Goats milk has less xanthine oxidase than cows milk, which is an enzyme that could create scar tissue on the heart when it enters the bloodstream.

5) Studies conducted on goats milk revealed that this milk variety is helpful in alleviating a number of health conditions including allergies, tuberculosis, arthritis, irritable bowel movement and ulcers.
